Seasonal Return Policy
Christmas & Holiday 2016 Seasonal Return Policy:
- You may return card products for merchandise credit not to exceed 50% of the original invoice.
- Your seasonal invoices must be paid in full by December 10, 2016 in order to qualify for return privileges.
- Cards returned must be undamaged and in original packaging.
- We must receive your returns before January 31, 2017.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
- After inspection, we will issue a merchandise credit to your account, less the restocking fee.;
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all undamaged returned merchandise. This restocking fee covers a portion of the cost to repackage the product to “like-new” condition.
